Based in Depok, Indonesia, Race is an intriguing musical project created by Addil, who is also a part of several other bands, including Is Modest, The Lousy Pop Group, and Frys. In Race, Addil weaves a sonic tapestry that can be best described as 'Short Fast Melodic Pop.' This unique blend of sound evokes the spirit of influential bands like Black Tambourine, JAMC, and even the wistful nostalgia of the Pains of Being Pure at Heart.
